The video is about buy one get one free on window doors, the reason for this advert is to be able to just buy one window door but the customer will get one free, so the customers will be better off finically CONFIRMITY. Advertising on how to be different to everyone else, advertisement that promises this tend to emphasis thousand of satisfied customers. For example, shower wash and deodorants. The clip shows that using one product can change you and make you one individual that is different to everyone. PERSONAL SUCCESS. Advertisement promise success in love, friendship, in business and so on if you use a certain product. For example fit businesses. In the Advert clip, they show a personal source of fitness and showing that, it sucks the viewers in by using excuses that may appear to the viewers and that they should be doing something about it. RESPECT. Scientist, nurses or doctors maybe advertised to give the product credibility with the public. For example products that maybe to do with health but their can be some with humor that have nothing to do with the product but the viewers still understand. The advert clip is quite sharp it's saying buy this product or it's your lose. Its shows the viewers how to do things on the aspect of your life for example buying this product it will make you life easier and more fun. HEALTH. Advertising often show before and after pictures. It creates a illness and then shows the cure. For example Medicines, and creams. The advert clips shows the viewers what that sort of product does and how it cures your body. How it does that is show a problem someone might have, and the only way the can cure it is to use that product. MATERNAL/PATERNAL LOVE. Advertisement suggest parents who care about there child buys the product. For example pampers The Advert clip is showing that in this case a hygienic product, where the parents buy the product if there think its suitable to there baby. The clip shows how well the product is when it is on a baby, so therefore the viewers will understand the product more. SECURITY. Advertisement for a cosy, safe life, secure from disasters. For example autoclass (window glass), burglary alarms awareness. The advert clip shows that products in that company helps people who are in trouble with that particular problem, in this case broken car windows. Its catches viewers that have cars or some sort of transport. IDENTIFICATION Advertisement using famous figures, so therefore if they approve so will there fans. The advert clip show one of the three most famous sport-mans around the world and by using them the viewers will be sucked into it more plus they will understand those types of advert because they recognize the people in it so therefore they will understand the product and how it works. SEX APPEAL. Used in advertisement but mainly based on the pretty girl or handsome boy. The advert clip shows that the company of the advert don't just want the product to catch the viewers eye but also the people in the advert who are handsome and beautiful so the viewer is more interested. ENVY. Advertisement that uses products to make you feel happy, beautiful and successful. For example. Face creams, shampoo and deodorant. The advert clip shows that one product can make you feel happy, confident and beautiful and by doing that they show the buyer how it works and how long it works for and how you do it, which makes the viewer more interested in the product. PRIDE. Advertisement on how exclusive and superior a product is for example holiday adverts (cruises, exclusive places, places that treat there customers well). The Advert Clip shows that one company can treat you well and the way you would like to be treated, also the word 'rockstar' they used to show that everyone is treated fairly. SLOTH. Advertisement that offers viewers comfort and plenty of leisure time. For example, using a product that is quick and easy (if it was a job) or a product that you can relax with. The Advert Clip shows that the FLASH cleaner or those sort of products takes a few minutes for use and to clean well, so therefore the customer will have more free time and to relax. GLUTTONY. Advertisements that appeal to your hunger on food or thirst on drink, for example McDonalds, Coca Cola, M&S. The Clip showing the M&S adverts, it tries and sucks the viewers in and gives the viewers a urge to go and and get those meals and drinks, meaning that that company is happy with there sales and that the customers are happy with there food and drinks. |
